Mariana Renata was born in Paris, in the last day of 1983. One year after, her parents brought her to the exotism of  Zimbabwe, Africa, where she had lived for 6 years.

So far, there were no memorable episodes to the little girl that she could remember, except the pictures of her childhood and the scar on her forehead that will be her trademark.

Finally there was a day when the little family moved to her mother’s beautiful homeland called Indonesia. In Indonesia, she grew up simply like other ordinary child. But unlike them, the destiny took this shy girl into the track to be famous model when she was 14.

Her lovely face and competence established her as one of Indonesian top-models. But for her, the education was more important than the glamour of fashion. So, after graduated from senior high school, she moved back to her birthplace for studying Art and Literature  in Paris, Sorbonne University. Then, undergraduate of Business School in University of New South Wales, Sydney-Australia.But wherever she went to, the destiny followed and directed her to be who she is. It changed her world a lot when she was chosen to be the new endorser of the international beauty-soap brand and the model of international singer’s video clip.

In the next chapter of her life, her gorgeous appearance in an urban-comedy adventure movie established her as new Indonesian sweetheart. Regardless of her triumph, she is still an ordinary girl who loves travelling and hanging out with friends. As a passionate traveller, she desires to visit Africa one day... to gather her long-forgotten friends: its sun, wind and prairies to uncover slices of her missing memoirs of early-days.
